Job and company listings currently demonstrate the platform and are not advertised vacancies. Applications, account authentication, and SMS delivery are not yet active. The SMS form records optional consent without sending a message. You may withdraw consent before activation by contacting support; STOP and HELP instructions apply when messaging is activated.

Using kmosaic Global Recruitment

kmosaic Global Recruitment provides tools and information that help job seekers discover opportunities and employers present roles. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid interfering with the website or other users. Job listings and employer information may change, and kmosaic Global Recruitment does not guarantee employment, applicants, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

Accounts, listings, and applications

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for protecting access credentials. Employers are responsible for their listings, hiring decisions, and compliance with employment laws. Job seekers are responsible for reviewing opportunities and deciding what information to submit.

kmosaic Global Recruitment SMS program

You may opt in at https://kmosaic.work/sms by entering a US mobile number and actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox. kmosaic Global Recruitment may then send recurring job-match alerts, application updates, account notices, and related service messages to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of using the core website or making a purchase.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call +1 (662) 221-1439, or email support@kmosaic.work. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may depend on your carrier and device.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

kmosaic Global Recruitment and its original content, design, and branding are protected by applicable laws. You may not scrape, copy, misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or access the service through unauthorized means, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. kmosaic Global Recruitment is not responsible for independent employers, candidates, third-party websites, or decisions made using information on kmosaic Global Recruitment. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes and contact
